This ap looks awesome- I'm definitely gonnna have to check this out. I'm a photographer/graphic design guy and I have always tried to look for ways to take pics and leave notes with them on ideas that I could do to the pic, but this would be perfect- def, not the full photoshop effect but still much more accurate for me.
