How to stop PC speaker on UBUNTU

If you want to stop annoying PC speaker follow this simple tutorial:
- press alt+F2 and on the run command enter “gksudo nautilus” without quotes
- Next, go to /etc/modprobe.d and find the file blacklist. Double click on it and add this lines
- Save the file and the speaker will be turned off.
#Stop PC speaker
blacklist pcspkr
sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklistThen add this 2 lines to the blacklist and click save:
#Stop PC speakerThere is no need for restart. Enjoy
blacklist pcspkr
