When you reinstall device drive with new drivers downloaded from the internet or some CD and device does not work correctly, you can restore the previous drivers (to default windows or previous one) by following next simple steps:

  1. Log in with an administrator account (if you are not log in yet)
  2. Right click on My Computer (from the start menu or on the desktop)
  3. Select Properties
  4. Click on the Hardware tab
  5. Click on the Device Manager Button
  6. Go to the device you want to reconfigure (problematic device has Question sign)
  7. Click on the Driver tab
  8. Click on the Roll Back Drive button
