How to hide the File Menu in the Windows Explorer

In some situations this could be very useful Windows tip (hide File menu from kids, company workers, or for any security issues).To hide the File Menu in Explorer:

  1. Start Regedit
  2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer
  3. Create a new Binary Value
  4. Name it NoFileMenu
  5. Give it a value of 01 00 00 00
  6. Reboot the computer
