Moblin Project in the Hands of Linux Fondation

Moblin project was created in 2007 as Intel open-source initiative to create software intended for mobile devices.
Particular attention has been attracted recently by issuing a development version, where they introduced technologies, such as "Fastboot" (drastically shortened the time the boot process).
In the beginning of this month Intel make unexpected turn. Intel is the whole thing put in the hands of the Linux Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion, protection and standardization of Linux.
