With growing of popularity of Mac computers, also grow their potential threat of viruses and other malicious software. For this reason company F-Secure is preparing antiviral solution “F-Secure Protection” for Mac owners of Macintosh computers.
Package offers resident protection against viruses and malware with minimal commitment of resources, as well as the automatically update of virus definition database. Only the interface is similar to the new company package - “Internet Security” package which also will start with sale for several months.
F-Secure Protection Mac is still in beta stage of development (version 1.0 was released on May 20), and interested can try out the software on the official website, with prior registration.
