When Apple doesn't want blue ray drive on their Macs, the other manufacturers are ready to do it!

So, AMEX Digital released two external USB Blu-ray drives (reader and writer). The dimension of the drives are 140 x 143 x 16 mm, and the housing is in white and black Mac colors. Recording speed of the drive on single layer BD-RE/R media is 2x, and on double layer is 1x. Also the both drives can record DVD-s and CD-s.

The player on US market are $290 for the reader and $390 for the writer.
