Skype is leader for Voice over IP technology and it offers free internet telephony with another PC or mobile user as long as both have the Skype software.

The new version of Skype, 4.0, is built upon the thousands of user feedback. Skype 4.0 simplify the video calls start, has more screen place for video calls and you can control your video call quality according to your bandwidth with built-in bandwidth manager up to 30fps high quality video.


Audio quality is also enhanced in this release. Skype 4.0 use new improved audio codec which has same quality using lower bandwidth. Also, you can clear your sound conversations if you have faster internet connection with the build in bandwidth manager.


Skype 4.0 has new user interface, new conversations tab with improved alerts, chat and conversations management already seen on MacOS Skype version. There's also a compact view which lets you resize or put each conversation into separate windows. Now, more easily, you can setup headset, microphone, webcam and other features in Skype.
