For Ubuntu:

• choose Ubuntu from left menu
• then choose your version of Ubuntu (example if you have 32bit Ubuntu 8.10 – click on that link)
• download the .deb file and save on desktop or other place
• double click on downloaded .deb file will install the new version of Deluge

For Windows:

• choose Windows from left menu
• Then choose your windows version (XP or Vista only) 32 or 64 bit
• download the file, double click on it and follow the installation instructions.
