You can speed up loading of Windows Vista with very simple and easy steps in just a couple of minutes! The trick is in disabling the user and password prompts and load user account without asking for password every time when Vista starts.
- Click on Start.
- Type "netplwiz" (without the quotation marks) in the search box and hit the Enter key. This brings up the Advanced User Accounts panel.
- Find the "Users" tab and click it if it is not active. You should see a box marked "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer." Uncheck this box and click the "Apply" button to make the changes take effect.
- Vista will prompt you to enter your current password. Add current password and then click on "OK."
