How to make windows XP boot faster

Here is easy tutorial for speeding up you XP boot time:

  1. From start menu select Run, then enter Regedit
  2. In registry editor go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Control -> Session Manager -> Memory Management -> PrefetchParameters


  3. Right click on option EnablePrefetcher and choose option Modify
  4. On new window, change value 3 to value 5 and click OK


  5. Close Registry and restart your computer
